Appreciate the insights. I’ve also learned that cannabis can also stimulate melatonin production, so calming varieties can also help sleep. I’d add for tips to help promote good sleep cycles in addition to removing/minimizing alcohol to minimize/remove caffeine intake (it can effect your sleep cycle even hours later) and also avoid screen use ~an hour before bedtime. I’ve also learned that a wooden bed frame is preferable to a metal bed frame, as the metal can conduct energy and interferes with the body’s rest/sleep quality.
