I am a child of the 80s and I agree, less is more when it comes to digital technologies! I feel lucky to have grown up before social media … I can’t imagine the pressures the younger generations face growing up with such addictive and in some ways demonic (aimed to keeping us on the platforms, distract us, and to mine our data) social media digital technologies.
