I don’t think exercise alone will do this, although it is super important for heart/cardiovascular health and longevity overall. Getting enough sleep and minimizing processed foods also will make a long impact toward promoting heart health and reducing inflammation overall in the body. Thanks for sharing; I just learned about the 80/20 rule, and it’s helpful seeing how this can be applied in so many areas of our lives!
