I think part of it has to do with becoming a more conscious society. We need to see more of the divine masculine archetype and less of the toxic masculinity. For example, rites of passage should be along the lines of ayahuasca and brotherhood retreats rather than binge-drinking frat rituals. Women need to have more community and brotherhoods to support each other in being their more conscious, evolved selves. Our society often has people driven by their most base desires; we need to encourage people being fueled by their higher calling and higher selves instead.
