I think this is a complex and touchy subject for many. Some people like to keep hobbies/passions and work separate and some do not, or feel they cannot afford to. Everyone has their own approach, and that’s ok. I think all the more power to people who can find or make fun in their work lives/roles, but also agree it’s important we recognize that work doesn’t *have* to be fun, and it’s not necessarily better if it is.
