I truly wish you healing sir. Please do not put words in my mouth. I never generalized to all men or women. You don't have to leave hateful comments or read threads or stories you think will trigger you. If by having an "open conversation," you mean replying to hateful responses that generalize while accusing me of generalizing... well, here I am. Again, men benefit from male privilege, that is a systematic truth. I am not saying all men have easier lives; I say as well that patriarchy is not truly serving either men or women, but women are the ones who are even more disadvantaged by the system. You're the one saying "we're all shite" about men, not me. So I wish you growth. Maybe consider what triggers you and why you're triggered, and what ways you may benefit from privilege that are so insidious that you don't have to think about it.
