She spoke as a woman and I’m pretty sure you’re a man. Women also have sexual needs but we have more at risk than men (risking violence, STI’s, pregnancy). In regards to equality, we are still in a patriarchal, capitalist system where women’s labor is not economically valued (child-tearing, housekeeping/domestic labor). As I’ve also discussed in my writing, it pays to be generous. Why not be clear about your intentions, have generosity, be more conscious about dating? - and that energy returns to you in bounds.
