Thank you and agreed. Those who benefit systematically from how society marginalizes others, even with micro-aggressions, are often blind to their privilege. So it takes those coming from privilege to adapt an ally lens as well as marginalized people speaking up and advocating for ourselves. I do think we are seeing a shift toward recognizing the importance of incorporating more feminine values in societies as well as making societies more equitable for women.
