Thank you for these tips! Though id argue there are also studies that coffee is not the best daily habit, especially as it can be disruptive to sleep. Coffee/caffeine doesn’t give you energy but rather borrows energy - gives you adrenaline, and a lot of sleep experts see coffee as a no-no. I think everyone needs to find what works for them, but there are other alternatives to coffee like functional mushrooms that can help with energy and focus. Agree with the other tips though 100%!
