Thanks for the tips! I’ve learned that while a topic approach can help, it’s also crucial for whole body health - being careful and intentional with what you eat, maintaining good sleep, and a healthy lifestyle. Skin is the largest organ of our body, so we need to take care of it holistically, not only with superficial treatments.
