This sounds like a nightmare! I wouldn’t trust a day care that only charges $5 a day per kid.

He was dirty, nose running, and wearing mismatched clothing he was not wearing when I dropped him off. He looked as unhappy as the rest of the children. Another little boy had on his outfit.
