Yes, becoming more aware of what triggers you and why and being able to hold space for yourself rather than reacting, is a huge milestone in healing. It’s so empowering to be able to reach this point.

And when you’ve done some healing work and can recognize where other people are at in their healing journey and show them compassion, while not taking their energy or behaviors personally, you are able to help them and hold space for them as well.
