Yes, but many women feel threatened to outright say no, for fear of repercussions. We have to tread lightly with men out of real fear for our safety or negative consequences. Understanding nuances and being able to pick up when a woman isn’t really interested is important, and men need to also take accountability.

This article was written after I repeatedly was having my boundaries crossed by men / unfortunately many men do go too far just out of sheer desperation and entitlement. This was another experience I had that I wrote about, wherein two nights in a row, men were exceedingly crass and crossed my boundaries both way beyond what any normal person would view as socially acceptable.
