Yes, I think medicine is unfortunately very informed by the pharmaceutical industry, and doctors have not sufficiently been taught the importance of looking at health, both treatment and prevention, through a holistic lens. I agree, our systems need to be re camped in order to overcome the systematic corruption. Your story also resonated with me that ultimately we need to view ourselves as the highest authority for our health and healing, being critical of conventional medicine and doing our own research.
