Yes! It is so important for us to practice periods of digital detoxes, as well as to try to use digital technologies as mindfully/intentionally as we can, limiting how and when we are on screen. I am just starting to read a great book on the topic of why it’s important to limit screen time for kids, especially these days when corporations so heavily use the digital interface as a way to manipulate us and get our attention and information. It’s called Who’s Raising the Kids? Big Tech, Big Business, and the Lives of Children - a topic for both adults and kids to be mindful of!
